SB 1287 (Keefer)

Amends Municipalities Planning Code to require developers to submit evidence of adequate water service from a certificated public utility to municipalities prior to final subdivision or land-development approval.

HB 1442 (Borowski and Flood)

Amends Title 16 (Counties) requiring coroners conducting an investigation to inquire if a death was a result of seizure or epilepsy and to indicate SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) as the cause of death on a death certificate when appropriate.
