Amends Title 16 (Counties) and Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) to clarify that in the event of a vacancy in the office of district attorney, the first assistant will be appointed to fill the office for the balance of the unexpired term. (*amendment) |

Amends the Borough Code in Title 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns) to clarify existing procedures for filling vacancies in elective borough offices and adds an expedited process for filling vacancies in the event of a deadlock. |

Amends the Second Class Township Code, by changing the date of completion, filing, and publication of the Annual Township Report from the first day of April to the last day of June of each year. |
