YORK – Sen. Dawn Keefer (R-31) and Rep. Seth Grove (R-196) will host a Concealed Carry Seminar on Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon at the West Manchester Township Farmers and Sportsmen Association, located at 4900 Pine Hill Road, Dover.
The seminar is designed to help residents better understand their rights as gun owners with a focus on Pennsylvania’s gun laws and the Second Amendment. Featured speaker attorney Seth Springer will provide an overview of the commonwealth’s concealed carry laws. In addition, local law enforcement officers will be present to offer insights into firearms regulations and answer questions from attendees.
